SUMMARY

Molina Healthcare, a leading provider of quality healthcare for financially vulnerable individuals and families, helps nearly 4.3 million individuals and families to receive their healthcare through Medicaid, Medicare and other government-funded programs. 

Enterprise Technologies, in partnership with Molina, implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials Management, Non-Stock Procurement, Human Resources, Payroll, Oracle Business Intelligence and Primavera Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) in seven months.

With Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle Business Intelligence, Molina has reduced the time and effort needed to conduct monthly closing and to report on its financial data by 20%.

By replacing Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Portfolio Server with Primavera P6 EPPM, Molina has also greatly improved visibility into its complex claims processing projects, allowing it to manage projects more efficiently.
